Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) explains what you may and may not do when using Super Vpn Free Unlimeted’s website, activation codes, APIs, and browser proxy extension (the “Service”). It supplements our Terms of Service. If there is a conflict on use restrictions, this AUP and the Terms apply together; we may enforce either.
1. Purpose of Super Vpn Free Unlimeted
Super Vpn Free Unlimeted is intended for personal, lawful private browsing through a browser proxy. It is not a platform for crime, abuse, or commercial resale of access without permission. By using the Service, you agree to use it responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
2. Allowed use
Subject to the Terms and this AUP, you may:
- Activate the extension with a legitimately obtained code
- Route your own browser traffic through available proxy regions for lawful privacy needs
- Use features such as region selection and on-site speed testing as provided
- Contact support for genuine product help or to report abuse
“Lawful” means permitted under the laws that apply to you and to the activity you perform. When in doubt, do not use Super Vpn Free Unlimeted for that activity.
3. Prohibited use
You must not use Super Vpn Free Unlimeted—or activation codes, credentials, or sessions—to:
Illegal activity
- Violate any applicable criminal or civil law
- Facilitate trafficking, terrorism, or other serious crimes
- Assist others in committing illegal acts
Copyright and IP infringement
- Download, distribute, or stream copyrighted material without authorization
- Circumvent technical protection measures or DRM where prohibited by law
- Infringe trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
Malware and harmful software
- Distribute viruses, ransomware, trojans, spyware, or other malware
- Host or operate command-and-control infrastructure
- Phish for credentials or plant malicious payloads
Attacks and unauthorized access
- Launch or participate in DDoS, brute-force, scanning, or exploitation attacks
- Probe, interfere with, or disrupt networks, servers, or users without authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
Spam, fraud, and deception
- Send unsolicited bulk messages or run spam campaigns
- Commit fraud, identity theft, payment abuse, or social engineering
- Impersonate Super Vpn Free Unlimeted, our operators, or other people or organizations
Child exploitation
- Create, possess, distribute, or seek any child sexual exploitation or abuse material. We have zero tolerance; we will revoke access and may report to authorities.
Circumventing security and service limits
- Bypass bans, device limits, rate limits, or activation controls
- Share, clone, or spoof device tokens to multiply access unfairly
- Reverse engineer credentials delivery for unauthorized redistribution
- Attack or scrape our website, API, or admin systems
Reselling and unauthorized commercial redistribution
- Sell, rent, lease, or auction activation codes without our prior written permission
- Operate a competing proxy resale business using Super Vpn Free Unlimeted codes or credentials
- Publicly post large batches of unused codes
4. Fair use and network integrity
Even for otherwise lawful browsing, we may limit or throttle use that degrades shared infrastructure—for example, extreme sustained bandwidth consumption, automated high-volume crawling through the proxy, or patterns consistent with botnet behavior. We may ask you to reduce usage or revoke access if fair use is exceeded.
5. Enforcement
If we believe you violated this AUP or the Terms, we may take one or more actions:
- Warn you (when practical and appropriate)
- Revoke or invalidate activation codes
- Terminate active proxy sessions
- Ban accounts, emails, or device tokens
- Refuse future codes or activations
- Preserve logs and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities
Enforcement may be immediate and without prior notice when needed to protect users, infrastructure, or third parties. We are not obligated to provide a detailed investigation report to accused users, but good-faith appeals may be sent to support@supervpn.app.
6. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to support@supervpn.app with subject “Abuse report.” Include relevant dates, evidence you are allowed to share, and any code or account identifiers. See also our Contact page.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
